Text Messaging Terms
Zine Barber Shop offers an optional text-message program for appointment reminders and promotions. These terms describe the program if you enroll. Text messaging is not yet active; the required booking checkbox does not enroll you. A reminder is not guaranteed.
What you agree to receive
Appointment texts: confirmations, reminders, and changes associated with your appointments. Frequency varies with your bookings.
Promotional texts: recurring offers, specials, and news from Zine Barber Shop. Frequency varies. Enrollment requires a separate affirmative consent identifying the program and number. You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. The required booking agreement does not grant permission to send these texts. Text-message permission must be obtained separately, and promotional-text consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
Carrier charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your carrier about charges. Message delivery depends on network availability and is not guaranteed. Keep your appointment confirmation; do not rely on receiving a reminder.
Stopping texts and getting help
Once messaging is active, reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that program, or HELP for help. You may receive a single non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. You may also call (813) 515-7492 to withdraw permission or get assistance, including before messaging begins. We honor clear requests to stop texts; using the word STOP is not the only way to withdraw permission.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment. Contact the shop to cancel or reschedule. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, let the shop know so we can update our records. New permission is required before we resume messages after an opt-out.
Privacy and records
We record your booking agreement, including the phone number, wording, version, and submission time, and explicitly record that this form did not collect text-message permission. To withdraw an earlier enrollment, contact the shop or follow the opt-out instructions in a text. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle information.
