Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to appointments requested through the Zine Barber Shop website. By checking the required agreement box and confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
Your appointment
Provide accurate contact information and book only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent. A parent or guardian must arrange a child’s appointment. An appointment is reserved when the website displays a confirmation. Appointment times are shown in the shop’s Eastern Time. Availability can change before confirmation; please contact the shop if you are unsure whether a booking succeeded.
Prices and specials
Review the service and displayed price before confirming. Prices marked “starting at” depend on the service selected; discuss any additional services or price changes with your barber before the work begins. Online booking does not collect payment-card information or authorize an automatic charge.
Discounts are applied at the shop to eligible services. Student and military offers require valid identification. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts. See the specials page for eligibility and redemption details.
Cancellations, changes, and delays
Call (813) 515-7492 to cancel, reschedule, or report a delay. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. Changes depend on availability. If the shop needs to change an appointment, we will use your contact information to discuss alternatives. This agreement does not authorize a cancellation or no-show fee.
Communications are your choice
We may contact you directly to manage your appointment. The required booking agreement does not enroll you in automated reminders or promotional texts. Text-message permission must be obtained separately before enrollment; promotional-text consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Photos and videos
This booking agreement does not grant permission to use your name, image, or video in advertising. Any promotional photo or video use must be agreed to separately, including appropriate parent or guardian permission for a minor.
Website use and your rights
Do not submit fraudulent bookings or interfere with the booking service. Website access and message delivery may be interrupted; call the shop if you need help. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, or waives a claim for personal injury or negligence.
Updates
The terms shown when you confirm apply to that booking. Updated terms will be posted with a new date. A change to these terms does not itself enroll you in marketing.
